Problem:

Index Search results failed to be searched

 

An error occurred while searching.: Index is not ready. You need to wait until the index is generated

 

When I checked under CMC > Application > Platform search Application

Found  “Number of indexed documents: 0” sitting to ZERO for a long time even restarted all APS , restart SIA even reboot the server but still no changes.

 

And getting the following error under Indexing failure Listings:

 

Solution:

Go to properties and check on “Rebuild index” option and save

 

Then after a while see the magic …wala
